error in udunits 1.10.2 data file

There is an error in the data file which comes with version 1.10.2
of udunits.  Line 412, the conversion factor for Btu to Joules, is
off by a factor of 1000 and should be:

IT_Btu                  P 1.055056e3 joule      # exact

Of course there are also errors in the unix units conversion program
too.
