compiling on a Masscomp

When trying to compile netcdf on a Masscomp 6600 runing RTU 5.0 os, I
get numerous warnings about "Multible rules lines" and finally an 
error.  Has anyone out there successfully installed netcdf on a Masscomp?
If so would you mind sending me a copy of your makefile.
