There have been some additional fixes since the 17 October patches for the
netCDF 2.0 beta release and the 21 October patches to putget.c, but these
fixes only appear to affect MSDOS and OS/2 platforms. I'll make an
additional patch file available from the October 22 version if I can recover
that version from our backups.
