[netcdf-java] unable to display BUFR files from Org=oficina nacional de meteorologia

Hi,
Tom Whittaker suggested that, since McIDAS-V is reliant on the Unidata netCDF package for BUFR file, I forward the email below and its BUFR files to the netcdf-java support list. As noted in his email, the user is unable to display the BUFR files. I verified that they don't work in my McV session and received the error message in the attached file, bufr_error.gif (Error=Table Structure(obs) featureType POINT: lat/lon/time coord not found ...). TomW said he opened the files in ToolUI he did not learn anything other than when he asked it to interpret the files as "point" data, they failed in the same way I observed.

I'm basically providing these as example files from users that you might be able to use in your development and testing. But if you also have any comments or suggestions, feel free to pass them along. :-)

Thank for thegreat software, I have a question is possible to McIDAS-V, new
version or upgrade will be able to display the BUFR file from aviation weather 
nws and faa for icao, now the software can display the grid1 and grid2,
