[netcdf-java] Turning off logging for IOSP

I try to switch off this logging message:

GetNexrDirs:: no product symbology block found (no image data)

Using:
                                
java.util.logging.Logger.getLogger("").setLevel(java.util.logging.Level.OFF);

but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?
