[leadusers] LEAD workflows temporarily unavailable

Hello LEAD users,

  We're currently experiencing errors related to GridFTP file copy.  
Most workflows are currently unavailable.  We hope to have this remedied 
quickly, but anticipate a downtime until tomorrow during the day.  I'll 
post back tomorrow morning with an update.
