The command "ntpdate -q" can always be executed: it won't interfere with
a running NTP daemon.

If you don't want the ldmadmin(1) script to check accuracy of the system
clock, then follow the instructions in the warning message and set the
value of the variable $check_time to 0 in the ldmadmin(1)
configuration-file (etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf).
