Impressive interference.  It is centered actually a few kHz off from
NOAAPort center freq, but very broad.  It effects several AMC-2 (AMC-2
replaced AMC-4 last summer when AMC-4 died) transponders . . . Americom
has more of a problem than just their NOAA contract.
