XFS!  With Marcelo's recent inclusion into mainline kernel 2.4, the 
2.6 support, and Red Hat finally including XFS into FC2 using XFS is no 
longer a difficult task.

I currently use XFS on 7.5 TB of data and have never lost a filesystem 
(knock on wood)
