From here it appears that the NCF is having surface data problems,
since 25/21Z they have been nearly non-existent over both our NOAAPORT
system and what I get from the IDD (feeding from UIUC). All other data
seem to be coming in normally. I have also checked the Unisys data site
and their surfacer data aren't any better. It is now 26/0110Z.
If anyone has been getting complete surface files for these past few
hours, I'd like to get them for our archive.
