Measol is getting data using the LDM 5 protocol rather than the LDM 6
protocol.  The LDM 5 code on the upstream LDM is doing the logging.  The
other systems use LDM 6 protocol and the upstream LDM 6 code doesn't log
such messages.

This could be due to a number of reasons.  I suggest that you check the
LDM logfile on Measol.
