New IDD host at Cornell

The new IDD host at Cornell is now available:
        idd.nrcc.cornell.edu

Anyone who was allowed before on snow.nrcc.cornell.edu is now allowed 
on idd.nrcc.cornell.edu.

This machine is only  available over Internet2.  If you cannot connect, 
your campus is probably not connected to Internet2.

If you are still trying to feed from snow.nrcc.cornell.edu, please 
change your config.
