FYI,

There is a major routing loop in Denver that has caused some problems
with access to sites on the Internet. For about two hours the most
noticeable sites missing were all of Microsoft including MSNBC, MSN and
Microsoft.com. The router has been taken out of the network for the
time until some hardware is replaced. Not that this list cares all that
much about Microsoft and in fact might be a welcome outage.... but it
might effect other sites you are going to. For the moment everything
appears to be back around 12:45 but running a little sluggish (and it is
not us for a change :o).
