20020304: problem : pqact exited with status 127

Steve,

A decoder being executed from pqact is failing.

Put pqact in verbose mode (eg issue a kill -USR2 to the pqact process)
and see what products are causing the error messages and determine
which decoder is being invoked. Then you can determine why the decoder
is failing.
