Re: [gembud] Changing attributes in redbook graphic vgf files

Kevin - it has been awhile since I have worked with the Redbook graphics
from NOAA, but the last time I worked with them, there were no color or
polygon attributes in the files.  They were straight vector draw
information, but nothing that could allow for automated generation of
graphics with colors and the ability to edit pip size, etc.
