pretty much which makes those links useless to people not already in
the game. Is there another source for that information?
The OGC portal page provides access to working documents for not yet
released versions of specs and such (and I guess you have to be a member
to access all that stuff). If you go to the main (non-portal) OGC page,
http://www.opengeospatial.org/ and click on the "Standards" tab near the
top you can get to all the published standards documents.

Contains only one reference to the TDS work, and that link: http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/docs/WCS/index.html
is broken. Is there any chance that someone knows where that page
has been moved to?
