Both the server and client are products of an on-going NASA project. It might
be premature at this point to release the software, given the fact that the
NASA project has just been started five months ago and that the server/client
have not been extensively tested. I am CCing this message to the project PI,
John Moses, and GMU PI, Liping Di, to see what they think.
