Fwd: IDL ogc wcs client

Hi,

The note below is from Louie Genduso, an RSI developer, who is looking
for people to experiment with an alpha version of an IDL-based OGC WCS
client. If any of you are interested, please let me know and I'll get
a copy of the code to you.

ben,

- hope all is well with you.

- attached is an alpha version of the IDL OGC WCS client

- this is the idl ogc wcs browser ui that ethan and you saw while you were at
RSI on 12/29/05

- if you have an idl / wcs user they may want to take it for a test spin to see
if this new object will meet their needs....i would appreciate any
feedback.....admittedly you may not have anyone interested but i thought i
would ask....

- this is an alpha...it will be tweaked/changed a small amount before going
into production
- the browser uses the underlying idl object 'IDL_OGCWCS'

to use
---------
- have idl 6.2 installed on windows
- put the .pro files into the [install dir]\idl62\lib dir
- put the .dlm and .dll into the [install dir]\idl62\bin\bin.x86 dir
- start idl
- at cmd line> ogc_wcs
- paste urls from the urls_to_various_servers.txt file into parse field on the
ogc wcs server tab in the ui and press save
- press get capabilities button on the capabilites tab.....
- see the .doc for a description of the underlying idl wcs client object used
to build the ui

thanks,

louie genduso
