I am hopeful we can get in a draft summary report for GALEON Phase 1
by tomorrow, February 13. That will provide the 3 week time period
before the Huntsville OGC TC meeting in March to gather feedback on
the draft and incorporate it into the final version by the time of
the TC meeting. I have not proofread the draft, but I placed it on
our Unidata web server anyway at:

While I continue to work on it, I would ask that you please take a

PS By the way, I have attempted to turn off the Unidata header and
footer and special formatting on these pages but it still seems to
appear in some cases. I'll look into that further tomorrow.
