redo striped.nc, change WCS URLs

I have once again regenerated striped.nc, this time with evenly space 
vertical coordinates.

I have also changed my WCS server to not use dataset=<name> KVP, but 
instead the dataset name is encoded in the URL path, so the 3 datasets 
are now available at:

 http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8088/thredds/wcs/testdata/striped.nc
 http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8088/thredds/wcs/testdata/sst.nc
 http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8088/thredds/wcs/testdata/RUC.nc

I think I have fixed the first round of bugs, so please try again.
