You can download Cadcorp SIS Map Browser V6.2 from here (registration required,
but free-as-in-beer):

Map Browser includes a WCS 1.0.0 client as well as WMS (1.3.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.0 and
1.0.0), WFS (1.0.0), and GML (2.1.x). This version of the WCS client works
best with GeoTIFF, and does not yet support netCDF, although this will follow
at a later date.
If you have any problems then please let me know. I'd also be interested in
any WCS URLs that we can use when testing our ongoing development work.
