data-management on Windows

Hi,
I am trying to append some data to a netcdf data. They all have same tabular
structure (same dimensions and variables but diffrent values). I simply want
to combine my data which are created separately.
According to your experiences, could you please advice to me a useful netcdf
data management software for windows or way to solve this problem?
