• 1: Review the IDV's current development status including its long-range plans and how this affects the long-term plans for GEMPAK and McIDAS. (Agenda Item)
• 2: Review Unidata's data distribution policy giving consideration to issues concerning their quality and possibly cost
• 3: Reserve a block of time at the spring meeting for an in-depth discussion of the Unidata Strategic Plan's revision. (Agenda Item)
• 4: Develop a timeline and schedule for the Unidata metric. Completed
• 5: Unidata will continue to seek collaborative partners for proposal development, especially, at this time, for developing the multi-disciplinary Oceans-hydrology and atmospheric science proposal. (Seek input from Steve Meacham.) (Noontime seminar)
