[McIDAS #STG-788118]: McIDAS Download

Unfortunately, Unidata's license to distribute McIDAS-X/-XCD is
restricted to educational institutions.  If you are a member of a U.S.
university/college/high school, we can make McIDAS available to you,
but only through a login from the institution you are affiliated with.

If you are a non-educational user, you must get McIDAS directly
from the software's developer: the Space Science and Engineering
Center (SSEC) of the University of Wisconsin at Madison (UW).  The
email address for the McIDAS User's Group (MUG) at SSEC is:
