The easiest way to see this is to modify the AXFORM invocation
in the example BATCH file I sent you to include creation of
Lat/Lon files that define the latitude and longitude at each
point.  After doing this one time, you will be able to determine
the delta(lat) and delta(lon) for the projection you are using.
Knowing one latitude and longitude point and delta(lat) and
delta(lon) will allow you to calculate the latitude and longitude
values at any point.
