[LDM #DCL-924284]: Wrong metrics.txt file location for plotMetrics

Tom,

If the file "/tmp/metrics.txt" is owned by root, then the "ldmadmin 
plotmetrics" command likely can't overwrite it with the correct data to be 
plotted.

Remove that file and try again.
