[LDM #DCL-924284]: Wrong metrics.txt file location for plotMetrics

Tom,

The plotMetrics(1) utility isn't intended to be directly executed by the user; 
instead, the command "ldmadmin plotmetrics" should be used. Let me know if that 
doesn't work for you.
