[LDM #DNN-647229]: Ugly 32bit CentOS bug

Hi Jeff,

re: weird bug on CentOS

I am running LDM-6.9.7 with a 2 GB queue on a CentOS 5.6 system here
in the UPC, and I have had no problems. As far as I know, several
Unidata community members are running various versions of the LDM
under CentOS 5.[56], and none have reported the problem that you
reported. So, the question is why?

re:

It would depend on how long you want/need products to live in the
queue. Volume plots for nodes in the IDD can guide you on how
much space is needed for any particular combination of datastreams.
For instance:

Cheers,
