15.0 Groups and New Atomic Types in NetCDF-4
The enhanced netCDF-4 model allows the use of groups to organize data,
and introduces some new atomic types.
- Neither groups nor the new types fit within the classic netCDF
model. Any software to read data in groups or data of the new types
must be written to handle the enhanced model.
