MetPy 0.3 Released

MetPy version 0.3.0 has been released. Highlights of the 0.3 release include:

  • station plots
  • hodographs
  • reading GINI files

MetPy packages are available for conda on the Unidata Channel, and from the Python Package Index.

MetPy is an open source toolkit for using Python in meteorology. It includes meterology-specific support for reading files, performing calculations, and making plots. For more information, see MetPy's online documentation.
