[THREDDS #HZY-654176]: GOES17 data old



Greetings!

GOES-17 is having a major outage that has interrupted all data from the 
satellite:

https://www.ospo.noaa.gov/data/messages/2021/MSG203144402.html

Once the satellite is back to operational status, our servers should start 
showing updated products.
