[THREDDS #NBB-896377]: Does THREDDS support Open With NetCDF3 (or 4) similar to Hyrax?

Those are the correct links. As for system specs, it really depends on how much 
traffic you expect your server to get. Our test/evaluation VMs for THREDDS have 
roughly 16 GB RAM, 6 vCPUs, and 60 GB storage (spinning disk, I believe). But 
you could get by with as little as 4 GB RAM and 1 vCPU. In general, THREDDS is 
very I/O intensive, so if you're going to "splurge" somewhere, make it the 
disk. You ought to see a substantial speedup with a solid state drive, if 
that's available.
