[THREDDS #VRH-708993]: dataset location for TDS



Greetings Jingtao,

Currently the TDS requires filesystem level access to datasets it serves. It is 
possible
to host the data on a separate system, as long as the drive that contains the 
data are
mounted on the system running the TDS (over NFS, for example).
