[THREDDS #ZBH-353592]: Issues Accessing THREDDS Radar Archive



Erik,

I've got it up and running again, and am in a better place to keep an eye on it 
if things start to go sideways. Hopefully from there, I'll be able to finally 
figure out what the problems is.
