[THREDDS #XWZ-975614]: Check Access Restrictions on TDS Catalogs/Datasets in Code

ok.

I tried that url:
http://tds.ucar.edu/thredds/fileServer/datazone/cmip5_data/cmip5/output1/NCAR/CCSM4/decadal1961/fx/atmos/fx/r0i0p0/v20130313/areacella/areacella_fx_CCSM4_decadal1961_r0i0p0.nc

but of course I could not go past the openid page.

For what its worth, tds supports two kinds of authorizations: tomcat level
and spring level (see TomcatAuthorizer.java). If I understand correctly,
you have added a third level of custom authorization based on openid.

From my point of view, it would be desirable to handle openid programmatically
using our existing mechanisms (see
docs/website/netcdf-java/reference/httpservices.adoc), but that requires that
the whole process be handled
programmatically.
