[THREDDS #GHR-456072]: nullPointerException in when accessing 4.3.15 GRIB featureCollection's

Im looking at the logs in /upc/share/testdata/support/2013-02_NCDC_GHR-456072

In FeatureCollectionScan.log I see:

[2013-01-16T15:55:04.946-0500] DEBUG thredds.inventory.CollectionUpdater:

This might mean we are getting a null from File.listDirs(), for directory
/global/nomads/nexus/gfsanl/

Any chance you are getting hardware problems there? Otherwise, can you send a
recursive listing of that directory?
