Hi Kevin, OK. I've documented how to run more than one TDS on a single Tomcat instance for various TDS version here: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/tds4.0/reference/InstallOptions.html#MultipleTdsInOneContainer There are a few more steps required as of TDS 4.0 but it is still possible. I also made a few changes that will be available in the TDS 4.1.2 release (coming soon) that remove one of the required steps. Let me know if that isn't clear or doesn't work for you. Well, it wasn't any of those problems. Though it did have to do with a system property clash during configuration of logging in Spring. I've changed how we configure the Spring log4j stuff so it doesn't set that particular system property (which TDS doesn't use anyway).
