I'm afraid IP addresses that start with 10 are internal network IP address. I'm
not sure how you can find out what IP address your requests to us would be
coming from. Let's try this. Can you make another request (or several requests)
to our catalog and email us with the times you make the request and the URLs.
We can then look in our logs for that request and go from there.
