[python #JQL-980292]: Colab Skew T problem

Greetings!

The latest (3.5) release of Matplotlib changed some things we rely upon,
forcing us to depend on Matplotlib >=3.3 starting with the 1.2 release of MetPy.

One option is to upgrade the install of matplotlib to at least 3.3 on Colab
with `pip install --upgrade matplotlib`

Another option is to not use the latest release of MetPy, so install it with:
`pip install metpy==1.1`

If neither of these solve the problem, please include the full error traceback
so I can dig in further.

Hope this helps!

Ryan
