[python #IVE-202416]: about GEMPAK color table files



Greetings!

Many of the original GEMPAK lookup tables for colormapping can be found here:

  https://github.com/Unidata/gempak/tree/master/gempak/tables/luts

What error are you getting when you try to use `convert_gempak_table` with a 
file exported from the IDV?
