[netCDF #XDE-701521]: Error in test-suite

Hello,

This appears to have been a known issue with netCDF 4.7.3.  The latest version 
is 4.9.0, available from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases.  Would 
you be able to give that a try, and let us know if the error still occurs for 
you?
