[netCDF #CCM-541289]: Problem with C++ support

Hello,

I suspect you might have an older version of netCDF somewhere on your system.
Would it be possible for you to provide the config.log file that was generated
when you ran configure for netCDF-CXX4? This should provide some information to
help as figure out what is going wrong. It may also be helpful if you can
provide the same file generated when installing netCDF 4.8.1.

Thank you very much, have a great day,

-Ward
