[netCDF #IEP-545219]: Configure error cannot compute sizeof (off_t)



Hello,

Thank you very much for providing your config.log file.  It is a bit of a shot 
in the dark, but can you set the environmental variable 'F77' to be the same as 
your value for 'FC'?  This is an issue we occasionally observe.  If this does 
not solve the issue, please let me know and we can continue to try to diagnose 
what the error is.
