Hello,
It sounds like the issue is that your program is not able to find the netCDF
file you are attempting to open. Unfortunately I cannot provide more
information, without knowing what the program is or what file you are trying to
open. You might contact the developer/maintainer of the software you are using,
they may have a more specific idea what is going on.
