Hello, NetCDF-C should work with Windows 2019, but unfortunately I do not have access to a Windows 2019 server to test against. If you have MSVC available to you on the system, you may be able to compile the library yourself from the source code. However, the error that the netCDF-C library 'cannot be found' makes me wonder if the issue is environmental. Are you certain that the netCDF-C library is on the path? You might also contact MeteoInfo support and see if they can help you confirm that your system is properly configured to work with netCDF-C on Windows Server 2019. I'm sorry I can't provide immediately applicable information, but hopefully this will help us to start getting this figured out.
