[netCDF #RCK-685468]: WRF configure, Not found netcdf.inc

Hello,

Unfortunately, I'm not certain why WRF is reporting this error. You may need to 
contact the WRF team, as I do not have a lot of familiarity with WRF and I do 
not see this error when I try to recreate the issue.  They may be able to 
provide more immediate guidance.

I'm sorry I can't provide more immediately useful information, but hopefully 
this will get you started in the right direction.
