Hello, The failure being reported appears to be a 'permission denied' error reported by libhdf5. This would suggest that there might be a problem with the way these are being accessed. Can you provide the config.log file generated when you ran configure? The h_* tests all use the pure HDF5 API, and don't use the netCDF API at all. When you installed libhdf5, did you do so from source? If so, were you able to run 'make check' successfully? Thanks, have a great day, -Ward > Attempted installation from source on Clear Linux. > > Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: TIG-672393 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
