[netCDF #CKQ-330077]: Segmentation fault in netcdf-fortran-4.2 configure step



Hi Julie,

Sorry for the delayed response, I've been out of the office for the past week.  
It appears that you might not have netCDF installed; the netcdf-c library is 
required for the fortran interfaces.  You are also working with quite an old 
version of netcdf-fortran; you can download the latest releases at 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-fortran/releases.  

Can you confirm what version of netCDF-C you have installed, and perhaps try 
with a newer version of the netCDF-Fortran libraries, and let me know if the 
symptoms change?  Thanks!
