[netCDF #EDR-974201]: Need libnetcdff.so



Sorry for the delay.
The first thing to do is to see what was installed.
So, after you do the build, send us the output from
the 'make install' command for netcdf-fortran.
While you are at it, look at that output yourself
and see if you can see where it installs anything
with the name 'libnetcdff.*' (e.g. libnetcdff.a, libnetcdff.so, etc).
This might give you a clue as to what is happening.
