[netCDF #EII-286363]: make check fail with netCDF-Fortran 4.4.4



Ok, the contents of f03tst_open_mem.log seen
pretty clear. It is probably the case that the
03tst_open_mem test should not be run with mpi
and that is causing the error.
The other error is also probably related to mpi,
but the exact cause is unclear.
